We retain control of properties, direct and supervise our client’s interest so as to maximize the return on investment.

We take responsibility of:

  • the quality of the tenant;
  • fair market rents on the property;
  • local, state and federal taxes on the properties;
  • lease and tenancy agreements with the tenants, including renewals and pre-vacation inspections;
  • service bills such as electricity, water and refuse collection for multi-tenanted properties;
  • security;
  • insurance;
  • repairs; and
  • maintenance.

For tenants, we also manage their leases by projecting and protecting their interests and maintain a mutually beneficial landlord-tenant relationship. It is our belief that a property is well managed only when the landlord and tenant are happy with the services provided.
